We suggested taking a bottom-up approach to create a sustainable communication infrastructure to empower Wal-Mart employees to ‘Live Better’. ‘Live Better’ is about self-reliance: making independent decisions that drive better health and better financial wellbeing for themselves and for their families.
Speaking to employees directly, we encourage them to use the power of their voice, tell their stories and become the ambassadors of change from within the organization.
