We developed a personal shopping guide for the everyday make-up consumer who needs help identifying best shades, colours and products for their specific needs. Working within CoverGirl’s stringent brand guidelines, we were able to create an innovative and personalised shopping guide in a time where personalizing the online buying experience was still novel. The ability to contextualize results and up-sell additional products was a successful revenue builder.
